This summer we had an amazing trip overseas.

We flew to Rome and spent 4 days there, and then we took a 12-day Mediterranean Cruise.

Rome was unbelievable. We saw so much in those 4 days, but we could have easily spent a couple of weeks there and probably still not have seen everything. There is so much to see... Ruins, churches and basilicas, statues, fountains, etc. Everywhere you turn there is something amazing. And it's not just one section of the city... it's the whole place! It is overwhelming, really.

We went to the Colosseum, Palentine Hill, the Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Appian Way and San Callisto Catacombs, the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica, and several churches and basilicas that we just happened to come across as we were walking by.

We walked everywhere so we just happened upon several places. You would just be walking down a little, narrow street and all of a sudden it would open up into a huge piazza (courtyard) with Egyptian obelisks and statues and fountains. We were greeted by many wonderful surprises as we turned a corner or walked down a narrow street.

The churches were unbelievable. Huge and incredibly ornate. The artwork, carvings, paintings, murals, marble, gold, etc. covered every square centimeter/inch of every floor, wall, and ceiling. And the ceilings were like 50 feet high (probably higher) with domes. From the outside you had no idea what you were going to see when you walked in. Then when you went inside, your jaw just dropped and you were speechless.

I definitely want to go back to Rome someday.

Our cruise stopped in Naples, Italy where we climbed Mt. Vesuvius and toured Pompeii; Athens, Greece where we toured the Acropolis; Mykonos, Greece with its whitewashed houses with blue trimmings, windmills, and the maze of winding, narrow, one-way streets (built to confuse and ambush pirates - and I am sure it worked!); Rhodes, Greece - a city surrounded by a medieval fortress wall with amazing Knights Templar connections... "In 1309 the Knights of the Order of St. John of Jersualem took the city from it Genovese masters, and its most glorious modern era began. In 1312 the Knights inherited the immense wealth of the Templars (another religious military order, that was outlawed by the Pope) and used it to fortify Rhodes"; Kusadasi, Turkey where we toured the ancient ruins of Ephesus where we saw the amphitheater where St. Paul preached from 52-55AD, and where St. John died (the one who wrote Revelation), and where it is believed that Mary, mother of Jesus, also spent her final days; Alexandria, Egypt where we took a bus tour to Cairo and saw the museum and the Pyramids! (unfortunately we only had less than an hour at the Pyramids so I did not get a chance to go to the location where I calculated the Hall of Records may be located (see my Chapter 14); then Corfu, Greece where I saw a book about 2012 in a shop window while walking past. (We had decided to walk to the downtown area instead of taking the shuttle bus from the ship but we didn't have a map so we just meandered our way along. It was just "by chance" that we walked past this bookstore and I happened to look in the window and saw 2012 staring back at me. That kind of made me stop in my tracks... even half-way around the world I can't escape it!); and finally back to Rome. It was an awe-some (literally) trip and experience.

Another thing that was kind of neat was that we flew to Rome in August and came back in September. On the flight back, the movie Angels & Demons was playing. (It was not playing on the flight over.) I had read the book a couple of times but not seen the movie yet so I was excited to watch it as we had literally just left Rome so I wanted to see if I recognized any of the places in the movie. It was quite fun to see so many of the places on screen that we had just seen in person.

• ROME, ITALY
  
  In Rome, one of the first churches we went inside (it was near our apartment --- speaking of our apartment, it was on VIA MECENATE so I thought Nate would appreciate the humour in that!)
  
  

  
  
  
  

• Anyway, back to the church... It was near our apartment so as we walked by it we decided to go inside. It was called the Basilica Papale Di Santa Maria Maggiore. It was breathtakingly beautiful - I can't even describe it. You walked into a huge open cathedral and it had several rooms off to each side, and each of these rooms was filled/covered - floor to ceiling - with incredibly beautiful and ornate carvings, sculptures, statues, paintings, etc.
  
  In one of these rooms, one painting in particular caught my EYE. (This picture is of the ceiling. Like I said, everything was incredibly ornate.) Can you see what I am referring to?...
  
  
  

  
  
  
       
  
  
  
  

• I was really surprised at how many Egyptian things were in Rome. It seemed like everywhere you turned there was an Egyptian Obelisk, complete with hierglyphs. I counted 6... at the Basilica Papale Di Santa Maria Maggiore, at the Spanish Steps, at the Piazza Navona, 2 at the Pantheon, and at St. Peter's Square at the Vatican. • MYKONOS, GREECE
  
  In Mykonos, Greece we came across a little church with the Knights Templar cross emblems on the front. I don't know if this church had anything to do with the Knights of St. John / Knights Templar or not, but our next stop, Rhodes, Greece, sure did, so I imagine this church likely could have as well:
  

  
  
  
  
  
  
  

• RHODES, GREECE
  
  Every evening on board ship your stateroom attendant puts the itinerary for the next day in your room. As I read it over for our stop the next day in Rhodes, Greece, I was dumbfounded...
  
  I knew we were stopping in Rhodes, but I had no idea of its history or its amazing connections to the Knights Templar and Masons.
  
  According to our itinerary:
  
  

  "In 1309 the Knights of the Order of St. John of Jersualem took the city from it Genovese masters, and its most glorious modern era began.   I was really surprised to see all the Masons merchandise for sale. One long street is the main shopping district where I saw many Masons emblems and jewelry:

• EPHESUS, TURKEY
  
  Ephesus was a very interesting place...
  
  It is here in the Great Theatre (the largest theatre in antiquity with a capacity of 24,000 seats) that St. Paul preached from 52-55AD, where St. John is believed to have died, and where Mary, mother of Jesus, is believed to have spent her final days.

On his second visit early in the following year, he remained at Ephesus "three years," for he found it was the key to the western provinces of Asia Minor. Here "a great door and effectual" was opened to him (1 Cor 16:9), and the church was established and strengthened by his diligent labours there (Acts 20:20, 31). From Ephesus the gospel spread abroad "almost throughout all Asia" (19:26). The word "mightily grew and prevailed" despite all the opposition and persecution he encountered."

  
  One of the most amazing things about my being able to visit Ephesus is that perhaps the most crucial KEY/CLUE pointing to the significance of my THEORY is found in Paul's letter to the Ephesians:

  We also walked down a road called the ARCADIAN WAY where Antony and Cleopatra once rode in a procession.
  
  To physically be in all these places where these people actually were and where so much history happened is very special and humbling indeed.
  
  
  

  
  
  
  
  

• CAIRO, EGYPT
  

  
  
  

  Of course it was an amazing thing for me to be able to finally see the Pyramids in person. I have a special connection with them in light of what I have figured out about them (back in 2000) pertaining to their connection to the December 21, 2012 date, as well as to their connection to being a map showing the exact location of where something of great significance - perhaps even the Hall of Records - may be buried. (This information has been revealed in my Chapter 13 - 11:11 and my Chapter 14 - ORION.)
  
  Unfortunately, it was a 2 1/2 hour bus ride to and from Cairo from Alexandria, so our tour only allowed us 50 minutes to walk around the Pyramid site. Therefore, I did not have any time to try and find my calculated location of my "X (actually X,Y,Z) Marks The Spot" as it is just outside the Pyramid plateau area. Not that I would have been able to do anything about it anyway, even if I had found it, but it would have been neat just to stand on that spot.
  
  After we left the Pyramids, our bus drove downtown Cairo. (You would have to see the traffic there to believe it. I don't know how we managed to escape Cairo without being in some kind of accident. About 6 lanes of traffic all trying to push and squeeze into what was supposed to be 3 lanes. That was quite the experince!) We passed by a couple of things that definitely caught my EYE and I somehow managed to quickly snap pictures of them:

  My theory/diagram portrays 'The Mind' - both philosophically AND scientifically - as a box, or cube, with the point at which all 3 axes of the box meet (point x,y,z) representing The EYE - the person's point of perspective - point of view - point of SEEING (Seeing as in Visually AND Seeing as in Understanding).
  
  The INFINITE point x,y,z represents the Mind of God - The ALL-SEEING EYE.
  
  But this diagram also explains so much more...
  
  It is also a MAP. The 3 scientific axes of the box/cube also represent the 3 philopsophical paths of our journey of life.
  
  It is, in effect, a MAP showing THE WAY.
  
  It explains and shows how mankind is heading in the wrong direction - towards our extinction - because we are LOOKING/SEEING in the wrong direction, and that it is indeed "TIME FOR A DIFFERENT VIEW" if we are to survive.

• CORFU, GREECE
  
  
  Rather than take the shuttle bus from the ship to the downtown area, we decided to walk. We didn't have a map but we knew the general direction we were headed. We meandered our way down several streets, walking past little shops on the way to the main shopping district. As we passed one particular store, I happened to glance in the window and saw 2012 staring back at me. I stopped dead in my tracks. It was a little Greek bookstore:

  Actually... Although it was a wonderful vacation, there are several things that happened and that I saw that I consider "signs."
  
  Subtle - and some not so subtle - pokes and reminders encouraging me to continue on this strange journey I find myself on...

• My theory is a theory about the Human Mind and then expands to the Mind of God (and more).
  
  
  
• It is both a philosophical and scientific theory:
  
  It is based on a diagram - a diagram which is both philosophical and scientific.
  
  It explains The Mind as a Cube or Box. The 3 scientific 'axes' (X, Y, Z) represent the 3 philosophical 'paths' of our Journey of Life (Emotion, Motive, Understanding).
  
  The Human Mind is explained by a process of plotting a point on each of the 3 axes and then using these 3 points to create a 3-dimensional cube/box model of The Mind. The point at which all 3 axes meet - Point x,y,z - represents THE EYE - the person's Point of View - Point of Perspective - Point of SEEING (as in the double meaning of both 'Visually' and 'Understanding').
  
  Taking each of these points to their points of infinity and thereby drawing the Infinite Cube explains the Mind of God, and the Infinite Point x,y,z represents the ALL-SEEING EYE of God.
  
  
  
• As just described, it explains the Human Mind and answers the question, "Who am I?"
  
  It allows people to figure themselves out and thus to understand themselves ("KNOW THYSELF"), leading to Peace of Mind.
  
  It allows people to figure out other people (individuals, societies, cultures, etc.) and thus to understand them, leading to Peace on Earth.
  
  
  
• It explains the Open Mind and the Closed Mind.
  
  
  
• Not only is it a Model of The Mind, but it is, in effect, a MAP showing THE WAY.
  
  Not only is it important to know where you are on each of the 3 axes/paths, but also to know which direction you are facing and walking towards.
  
  It explains how mankind is "walking" in the "wrong" direction - away from God - towards our very own extinction, and that, in order to survive, we must "turn around" before it is too late.
  
  
  
• This theory shows that Life is a journey of choices and consequences that we "walk" along the paths (Emotion, Motive, Understanding) of life.
  
  It shows how everything begins in The Mind - as a thought. Then that mental thought is physically acted upon.
  
  It explains "walking" as Thoughts>Choices>Actions>Consequences, showing how the Human Mind / Thoughts affect physical reality.
  
  So... the bottom line is... in order to change the world, we must first change THE WAY we think.
  
  
  
• It is a universal theory that is for everyone and incorporates every religion.
  
  
  
• It explains the BIBLE (and other religious texts from other religions).
  
  
  • The Bible has many references to the PATHS and to THE WAY. This theory explains them. (And many other verses.)
    
    
  • One of the most crucial KEYS/CLUES in the Bible is found in Ephesians 3:18.
    (That ye) may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
    
    This theory explains that.
    
    
  • It explains THE LIGHT and THE DARK.
    
  
  
  
• I figured out this theory in 1998. Then in 2000 I had another major epiphany and discovery (yet to be found) based on this theory.
  
  I figured out how the constellation of ORION fit my cube/box diagram - which remember is also a MAP, and using Robert Bauval and Graham Hancock's correlation theory of Orion's Belt and the Pyramids, I placed my map on the Pyramids and using my Point x,y,z - the ALL-SEEING EYE - as the "'X Marks the Spot" came up with the exact coordinates of where something of great significance may be buried. (See Chapter 14.)
  
  In order to figure out this part of my theory and discover this secret location, the first part of my theory regarding The Mind and the Mind of God had to first be figured out.
  
  
  
• My theory also talks about the December 21, 2012 date.
  
  In 2000, just before my ORION epiphany, I had another.
  
  The 11:11 Phenomenon had been a major influence in my life (and still is). I could not find the meaning of it anywhere in my research so I decided to try to figure it out myself.
  
  While using a computer astronomy program to research alignments at certain dates, I found that the Winter Solstice will occur at exactly 11:11 am on December 21, 2012. (A few years later, someone found this same fact at the US Naval Observatory Site and it spread over the Internet.) More importantly - and 9 years later I have still not found anyone else talking about it - I also found that a very significant alignment will occur at exactly 11:11 pm Giza/Pyramids time (9:11 pm Universal Time). (See Chapter 13.)
  
  So there are 2 very major astronomical clues pointing to this December 21, 2012 date.
  
  
  
• God definitely had His hand in my figuring out this theory (and still does). I can't figure out how He did it, but I know He did.
  
  I also don't know what His plans are but things seem to keep happening to show that He is still definitely involved.
  
  So I will just continue plugging along and see where this all leads...
  
  

• One of the main characters, Katherine Solomon, is a 50-year-old woman who works in a secret lab nicknamed 'The Cube' doing research and experiments in the field of Noetics - the science of the Human Mind and Thought.
  
  Her research deals with the Human Mind and Thought... My theory deals with the Human Mind and Thought.
  
  "Her experiments had produced astonishing results...breakthroughs that would alter entire paradigms of thinking." (P. 45)... My theory has the potential of altering paradigms of thinking.
  
  "Human thought can literally transform the physical world." (P. 56)... Although her research deals more with Thought changing physical reality by having mass and exerting force and directly affecting the physical world, mine deals with Thought changing physical reality through the idea that everything begins in The Mind with a Thought which then, through the process of Thought>Choice>Action>Consequence, affects the physical world. Hers is a more direct and tangible theory whereas mine is more of a process that takes time, but the underlying idea of Thought affecting physical reality and having the ability to change the world is the same.
  
  Her lab is nicknamed 'The Cube'... My theory describes The Mind as a Cube/Box.
  
  She is 50... I will be 50 my next birthday.
  
  Dan Brown actually uses my name - albeit in a different context - in each of his books, The Lost Symbol, Angels and Demons, and The Da Vinci Code.
  Robert Langdon's "standard attire" includes a HARRIS Tweed jacket. (Is it just me, or does he not mention this fact an inordinate number of times?)
  
  
  
• YOUR MIND IS THE KEY
  
  One of the most important "clues" that points to the fact that Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol is about 'THE MIND' can be found - literally as a clue - on the back cover of the book. Using one of the deciphering techniques (called a magic square) that Robert Langdon uses in the book (Chapter 70), the reader is invited to solve the puzzle. The answer is "YOUR MIND IS THE KEY."

  For millennia, mankind had wandered in the darkness... but now, as had been prophesied, there was a change coming. After hurtling blindly through history, mankind had reached a crossroads. This moment had been predicted long ago, prophesied by the ancient texts, by the primeval calendars, and even by the stars themselves. The date was specific, its arrival imminent. It would be preceded by a brilliant explosion of knowledge... a flash of clarity to illuminate the darkness and give mankind a final chance to veer away from the abyss and take the path of wisdom.
  
  I have come to obscure the light, Mal’akh thought. This is my role.
  
  Fate had linked him to Peter and Katherine Solomon. The breakthroughs Katherine Solomon had made within the SMSC would risk opening floodgates of new thinking, starting a new Renaissance. Katherine’s revelations, if made public, would become a catalyst that would inspire mankind to rediscover the knowledge he had lost, empowering him beyond all imagination.

  My theory explains The DARK and The LIGHT and shows, via the Map of The WAY, how mankind is still "wandering/walking" in this darkness - towards the destination of extinction. My theory shows how mankind can "turn around" - before it is too late - and walk in The LIGHT - towards the destination of survival.
  
  One of my three "paths" is in fact UNDERSTANDING, where The Dark corresponds to IGNORANCE (I'm in the dark = I don't understand); and The Light corresponds to WISDOM (I see the light = I understand).

  My theory of The Mind and the Mind of God, etc. - although I say God - is intended for all religions so "God" can be replaced by whatever name each religion calls their "higher power." In fact, by using a diagram, the picture of the EYE - or the ALL-SEEING EYE - can represent anyone's God.

However, Masons were also Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and those who had no name for their God. The presence of an exclusively Christian symbol seemed restrictive. Then the true meaning of this symbol had dawned on him.
  
  “It’s not a crucifix,” Langdon said, standing up now. “The cross with the circumpunct in the middle is a binary symbol—two symbols fused to create one.”
  
  “What are you saying?” Katherine’s eyes followed him as he paced the room.
  
  “The cross,” Langdon said, “was not a Christian symbol until the fourth century. Long before that, it was used by the Egyptians to represent the intersection of two dimensions—the human and the celestial. As above, so below. It was a visual representation of the juncture where man and God become one.”

Synopsis:

The image only appeared on the screen for a second (to introduce the next scene taking place inside the Sherrif's Office) but it grabbed my attention. I kept watching more closely to see if another image of those numbers would appear so I could confirm that the address was indeed 1221, and it did:

This is significant/symbolic for several reasons, and I believe that these are not just random or accidental numbers, but were chosen specifically by the creators of the show.

I believe 1221 was chosen to connect to December 21, 2012.

There are several reasons I believe this. Some examples:

1. The show deals with a lot of paranormal activity... Those who experience the 11:11 Phenomenon also experience a lot of paranormal activity (i.e. bizarre coincidences) and there is a great deal of evidence pointing to the fact that the 11:11 Phenomenon is connected to the 1221 date.

2. In this particular episode - Insane In The P-Brane - it is revealed that Global Dynamics' "secret project" involves tracking a signal from outer space and that something is headed straight for Eureka and Earth. This also connects to the 1221 date.

3. Global Dynamics' company symbol/logo is a gold-capped pyramid. This connects to the Great Pyramid in Eygpt. The Pyramids/Sphinx are also connected to the 1221 date (read my Chapter 13 - 11:11).

An interesting side-note is that back in 1999 Egypt planned to cap the Great Pyramid in gold for millennium celebrations but later cancelled this idea:

2. Back on August 31, 2008 I posted about a discovery that I had just made while at my grandmother's house (where I grew up) in Bear River, Nova Scotia. (Chapter 18-15 post #861.)

I found the old original charter of the Bear River chapter of the Knights of the Maccabees dated December 17, 1906. My great grandfather, Rupert A. Harris, was one of the founding members:

Back in post #973 (Chapter 18-17) I talked about the fact that the opening date of the movie 2012 is November 13, and mentioned that the creators of the movie must not have known about the 11:11 connection to 2012, otherwise, they probably would have had the movie open two days earlier on November 11 - 11/11 - for a more dramatic/symbolic effect.

Today while viewing the 'Worldwide Release Dates' I discovered that the movie actually IS opening on 11/11!

(I believe it is extremely symbolic that the movie is opening on 11/11 in Egypt.)

Monster Waves on the Sun are Real

November 24, 2009: Sometimes you really can believe your eyes. (Seeing Is Believing...) That's what NASA's STEREO (Solar Terrestrial Relations Observatory) spacecraft are telling researchers about a controversial phenomenon on the sun known as the "solar tsunami."

Years ago, when solar physicists first witnessed a towering wave of hot plasma racing along the sun's surface, they doubted their senses. The scale of the thing was staggering. It rose up higher than Earth itself and rippled out from a central point in a circular pattern millions of kilometers in circumference. Skeptical observers suggested it might be a shadow of some kind—a trick of the eye—but surely not a real wave.

"Now we know," says Joe Gurman of the Solar Physics Lab at the Goddard Space Flight Center. "Solar tsunamis are real."

I was just writing to someone about the 11:11 connection to December 21, 2012, telling them the Winter Solstice occurs that day at exactly 11:11 am UT. I included the link to the U.S. Naval Observatory site so they could verify this fact for themselves, and when I checked the link to make sure it worked, I found that the information has been changed!

I see that the U.S. Naval Observatory site has now changed the time of the December 21, 2012 Winter Solstice from 11:11 to 11:12 Universal Time. Scrolling to the bottom of the page I see that this page was "last modified: 25 November 2009 15:32."

I wonder if this November 25 date was when they changed the Winter Solstice time because at least until as far back as I first recorded this in my Chapter13 - 11:11
on August 19, 2003 until very recently when I last checked the site it has been 11:11. [I mentioned it in my post #979 of September 22, 2009 so I would have checked it then; I also would have checked it on October 31, 2009 when I wrote that letter to Macleans magazine (post #987).]

Also, this U.S. Naval Observatory December 21, 2012 Winter Solstice 11:11 fact has been referenced and discussed in many Internet discussion groups and forums over the past many, many years. (You can verify this fact yourself by just searching the Internet.)

So for at least the past 6 years until just recently (maybe a little over a week ago) it has been 11:11. So why change it now? What precipitated this change?

The date/time was possibly changed on November 25. The movie 2012 opened world-wide in theatres 2 weeks earlier on 11/11.

Is the very recent timing of the U.S. Naval Observatory's changing of the December 21, 2012 Winter Solstice time from 11:11 to 11:12 merely a coincidence?

After having the time as 11:11 for at least the last 6 years (documented), and probably many years before that, did they - all of a sudden - in the last month 1/2 and possibly as early as a couple weeks ago - just come to the realization that the time wasn't 11:11 after all, and that they had made some mistake and it was actually 11:12 - or - have they been getting inundated with so many emails and questions regarding this 11:11 time because of all the recent December 21, 2012 publicity (movies, tv specials, newspaper articles, etc.) that they decided to change it to 11:12?

Very interesting... and suspicious... Don't you think?
